Nope on both (that was Morgan-le-Fae)
Morgana-le-Fae was the ruler of the island of Avalon. Some associate Avalon with modern-day Glastonbury in England. It's name is derived from the Welsh afall, meaning "apple" (aball in Irish), since the island is covered in apple orchards. It is also sometimes called the Fortunate Isle and may be compared with the Irish Tir Nan Og (Fairyland).
Avalon is inhabited by nine sisters, of which Morgana is the most beautiful and most powerful. As King Arthur lay dying after the battle of Camlann, Morgana appeared with a ship of women and carried Arthur to the island of Avalon. There his still lies with his knights under a fairy hill until Britain shall need him again. The island existed in legend long before the familiar Arthurian tales. In early Celtic legend, it could only be reached on a boat guided by the sea god Barinthus, and was a place fit only for the bravest and the best.
Morgana was a goddess of the druids perhaps related to Modron or Matrona, the Welsh divine mother goddess. She has aspects of maiden, mother, and crone. She is certainly related to the Lady of the Lake and to the fairy rulers of enchanted islands. Her name may be derived from the Welsh mor, "sea," and gan, "a birth," i.e., "born of the sea." Again, the name may arise from the Welsh Mor Gwyn, meaning "white lady."
Morgana-le-Fae is the mistress of occult knowledge. She indicates wisdom and power gained from study and experience combined. She may indicate aspiration and ambition, but also cunning and ruthlessness.

Morgan le Fay, alternatively known as Morgaine, Morgain, Morgana and other variants, is a powerful sorceress and sometime antagonist of King Arthur and Guinevere in the Arthurian legend.
The early works featuring Morgan do not elaborate her character beyond her role as a fay or magician. She became much more prominent in the later cyclical prose works such as the Lancelot-Grail and the Post-Vulgate Cycle, in which she is said to be the daughter of Arthur's mother, the Lady Igraine, and her first husband, Gorlois, Duke of Cornwall; Arthur is her half brother by Igraine and Uther Pendragon. Morgan has at least two older sisters, Elaine and Morgause, the latter of whom is the mother of Gawain and the traitor Mordred. In Sir Thomas Malory's Le Morte d'Arthur and elsewhere, she is married, unhappily, to King Urien of Gore and Ywain is her son. Though she becomes an adversary of the Round Table when Guinevere discovers her adultery with one of her husband's knights, she eventually reconciles with her brother, and even serves as one of the four enchantresses who carry the king to Avalon after his final battle at Camlann.
