There's a funny story about that. I know Mac on another Star Trek forum, where I go by a different name. I posted that joke there two weeks ago. Completely out of the blue, he joins this forum, just as I just happen to post the same joke! I think that's what he meant by "you are messing with me." Updated: Gosh, looks like he deleted the post!

A constable was patroling the Promenade and found a man lying beaten and bloody in front of a bar with a lot of Klingons. "SIr, can you describe who did this to you?"
"Of course I can!" the man groaned. "That's what I was doing when he beat me up!"

He does this sometimes! I think you come up with a lot of good Star trek Jokes!

A very strict Starfleet Marine drill instructor was bawling out a clumsy new recruit for it seemed about the twentieth time. "I suppose when I die, you'll make a special trip to my grave just to spit on it!"
"No way, sarge," said the recruit. "When I get out of here, I'm never going to stand in line again!"

A Star Fleet officer who love to collect antiques from the 20th and 21st centuries had an old classic car from the 1960's. Everything was authentic except for one thing. he could not get a set of those tacky fuzzy dice to hang from the mirror because the Ferengi bought them all and were asking too much latinum for them. He did not want to replicate any, so he got an idea. He selectively bred tribbles to have spots in the right places so they would look like fuzzy dice, but there were problems!! When he took his classic collector car out and left his lunch in the car for a few minutes he came back to find his new fuzzy dice had eaten his lunch. A short time later he had about 22 tribbles that looked like fuzzy dice. Another time he took a Klingon friend for a ride and forgot about how much tribbles and Klingons hate each other. The Klingon gets in and the fuzzy dice start screaming and nearly tore the mirror off. The klingon took out his disruptor and blasted them and said "Now my friend we can go for a ride!" It wasn't a problem, he had 20 more back home that would be able to replace the 2 that were slain by the Klingon!! ;D

It would be hard to make a joke about that episode that was funnier than the episode itself!
