Already doing 3 of the above options: Just wait and see who stops in, Keep a channel open with other boards, & Advertise in search engines.

Lets see...affiliate with more sites,boards/forums,and join some webrings. That's my advice. Oh and also if you have any people who make music videos you can advertise on your site on your channel on youtube and in the credits of the video. Quite simple.

Another one is to make a banner (not a mini banner) and put it in your signature on other forums you belong to so others can see it,click and be taken here. Of course it would have to stand out,and not be like...bland.
