MICHAEL CURTIS FORD IS THE AUTHOR OF GODS AND LEGIONS. IT IS VERY GOOD ASK UMBRA SHE IS READING IT WITH ME IF YOU WANT A SECOND OPINION. It is a good book. Not the sort of thing I'd usually read, since it's a historical novel, but the way it's written is really interesting; first person perspective, but in flashbacks and seen through the eyes of a character close to the lead character, rather than the lead character himself.
