I know you're worried about keeping members, but don't think it's because you're doing something wrong. As you know, I'm a moderator at The Star Trek Forum.com, and we have the same problems -- people join, post once or twice, then we never see them again.

Thanks, it is just disheartening at times. My AD&D Chat message board is always busy, but this one is always struggling.

I'm also a member of the Star Trek forum Mr Atoz is a moderator of and know all to well most people come and go never to be seen again. One thing I do every once in awhile and I need to be in the right frame of mind and mood to do it is to liven things up a bit by making new topics, reviving older ones by post a lot trying not to spam of course. creativity is a must when I do this because other times I don't feel like posting much! It does work some for awhile.
